Tony Sirico, ‘The Sopranos’ Actor, Dies at 79

Tony Sirico, known as Polly in . Known for his role as sopranos, has died. He was 79 years old.

Sirico died on Friday at an assisted living facility in Ft. Lauderdale, according to his manager of 25 years, Bob McGowan

No cause of death was revealed but Sirico had been suffering from dementia for the past few years. His brother Pt. Robert Sirico also shared the news. facebook post,

“It is with great sadness, but with incredible pride, love and many fond memories, the family of Gennaro Anthony ‘Tony’ Sirico would like to inform you of his death on the morning of July 8, 2022.

FAMILY LOVE, PRAYER And is deeply grateful for the many expressions of condolences and requests that the public respect its privacy in this time of mourning.

Memorials may be donated in his honor to Wounded Warriors, St. Jude’s Hospital and Acton Institute.

 “I am sad to say that my dear friend, colleague and partner in crime, the great Tony Sirico, has passed away today. Tony was like no other: he was as tough, as loyal and as He was as big hearted as I’ve ever known.”

He continued, “I was by their side: through the good times and the bad. But mostly the good. And we had a lot of laughs

We found a groove in Christopher and Paulie and I’m proud to say that I Did my best and funniest work with my dear friend Tony. I will miss him forever.

He is truly irreplaceable. I send love to his family, friends and his many fans. He was dear and never will. Will be forgotten. Heartbroken today.”
