The son of Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal, will stay in the 2022 NBA Draft due to a mix-up with his eligibility.
After being inadvertently put on a list of withdrawals, the league told teams that O'Neal, 22, is now eligible to be selected.
Charania remarked on the 6' 10" height "Junior is scheduled to take part in forthcoming team practises in preparation for the draught
but he did not specify which teams he will be working out with.
Despite having had a college career hampered by health concerns, O'Neal's background and pedigree make him an intriguing potential.
After apparently accessing the transfer portal in late March after playing 24 games for the Tigers over two seasons
the former four-star recruit was lately on the radar of multiple college programmes.
O'Neal's scholastic career got off to a shaky start in 2018, when he missed his freshman season at UCLA due to a cardiac ailment that necessitated surgery.
The following season, he would return for his redshirt year and play in 13 games before transferring to LSU for the 2020–21 season.
