After working out for the Seattle Seahawks on Monday, TE Jake Hausmann will sign a contract with the team on Tuesday, according to Doug Kyed.

After going undrafted in the 2021 draught, Hausmann, 24, ended up signing a three-year rookie deal with the Lions.

He was regrettably waived by the Lions in August of last year, but the Giants quickly claimed him.

Following that, Hausmann spent some time on and off the Giants practise squad until committing to the organisation in January by signing a futures contract.

In the end, Hausmann was released by the Giants in May.

Hausmann played in 27 games for Ohio State over the course of four years.

With three catches for 26 yards and a touchdown, he completed his college career.
