They claimed, among other things, that Juror 15 appeared to be a victim of mistaken identity when the incorrect member of a household appeared in court

The judge stated in her decision on Wednesday that the juror completed the jury questionnaire accurately and was questioned by both sides.

The jury panel was accepted after a full day of questions from the parties, who then informed the court, according to Azcarate.

There is no proof of fraud or wrongdoing, thus due process was promised and delivered to all parties in this litigation.
