Tyreek Hill does something every day that makes you shake your head, says Chris Grier.

Chris Grier, the general manager of the Dolphins, thought Tyreek Hill would do great things, so he gave up five draught picks to get him and gave him a four-year, $120 million contract extension.

But at Organized Team Activities in Miami, Hill is going above and beyond the already high expectations.

Grier said that Hill has changed the Dolphins' offence and made amazing plays in every practise since he got there.

Grier said on Sirius XM NFL Radio, as reported by the Miami Herald, "He does something on the field every day that makes you shake your head."

"Everyone is familiar with his speed and what he does. A very good athlete. Several people in Kansas City told me, "Wait until you see him practise and see what he does." This is what makes you happy.

Seeing how much he loves and cares about how he plays is really impressive. That has sped things up. Jaylen Waddle has already helped us a lot in practise.

And so did Cedrick Wilson Jr. With Hill's energy and work ethic in the room, the whole group has raised the bar. It spreads to every part of the team."

Hill will have to do at least as well in Kansas City as he did in Miami for the Dolphins' investment in him to be worth it. Grier sounds like he thinks that will happen.
