Based on his most recent exercises, Brown is working hard this offseason with the goal of building his muscles and increasing his stamina for the 2022–23 season.

In a video he posted of his workouts, Brown can be seen training underwater, jumping, sprinting, and performing backflips while holding weights in his hands.

Boston's Jaylen Brown shone during the 2022 playoffs. Even though he had room for improvement, the Celtics' best player was usually him when he was on the court.

In 24 games for the Beantown squad in the postseason, he averaged 23.1 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 1.1 steals.

In the NBA Finals, he performed a little better, scoring 23.5 points, grabbing 7.3 rebounds, and dishing out 3.7 assists against the Warriors.

Even still, his efforts were insufficient to lead them to victory.

The Celtics, however, appear prepared to create more noise and compete for the championship in the years to come now that they have Finals experience.

That still depends on Brown and Jayson Tatum's capacity to exert more effort and raise their levels of play to superstar status.
