On Thursday night, Aaron Judge once again delivered for the New York Yankees.

Judge's walk-off home run, which was his third of the year, helped the Yankees defeat the Kansas City Royals.

In the bottom of the ninth inning, with no runs on the board, Judge hit the first pitch he saw out of the park.

After the Yankees fell to the Mets in both games of the Subway Series, this ended a two-game losing run.

As one might anticipate, Yankees supporters are enthused on social media.

Derek Jeter, a former player for the Yankees, tweeted, "As I said, a fastball down the middle."

If the #Yankees don't keep him through this season, there "will be outright mutiny," one fan tweeted.

"The season is halfway over, and Aaron Judge's comparisons are... Roger Maris and Mickey Mantle. Crazy, crazy stuff"

With this victory, the Yankees improved to 67-33 overall as they pursue the American League's top spot.
